Information we process
Jobtelligence processes account information, career material, target job posts, uploaded photos, generated files, payment references and support messages needed to provide the service.
How it is used
Your resume, job post and photo are used to create the products you request. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Jobtelligence.
Storage and deletion
Workspace records are private to your account. Generated headshots are stored in a private bucket and served by expiring links. Contact support to request deletion of your account data.
AI providers
Requested resume-generation content is sent to OpenAI and requested headshot content is sent to Google Gemini. Do not upload material you do not have permission to process.
